Joseph Maternowski will be a presenter at The Fourth Annual Environmental Law Institute held at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center on Wednesday, April 23rd. Mr. Maternowski will present at an afternoon session entitled “Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Basics.” The Environmental Law Institute features a Keynote Address from Grant Nakayama, Assistant Administrator for Enforcement and Compliance Assistance at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, as well as a separate panel discussion on 2008 Enforcement Trends with Robert Kaplan, Regional Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Region V Office in Chicago, Illinois and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Commissioner Brad Moore.
The Environmental Institute features a 2008 Case Law, Regulatory and Legislative Updateand breakout sessions on a variety of topics of interest, including renewable energy,Brownfields redevelopment, climate change, stormwater and nanotechnology, which may be of interest to attorneys who practice in the areas of environmental and administrative law.
