    Anthony A. Dorland practices environmental/administrative law and real estate law. Mr. Dorland's clients particularly appreciate his comprehensive, full service approach to tackling their legal challenges. He strives to learn the intricacies of his clients' businesses and understand their goals in an effort to efficiently and effectively present a practical solution – whether it is securing a high priority development site or responding to and resolving a demand notice or enforcement action.

    Mr. Dorland's environmental/administrative law practice consists of all areas of environmental law, including the defense and resolution of local, state and federal environmental enforcement actions and state and federal telecommunications. He also has substantial experience with the application of the Equal Access To Justice Act to unreasonable demands and positions of state and federal agencies.

    Mr. Dorland's real estate practice includes the negotiation of real estate agreements with private parties, public utilities and local, state and federal agencies; obtaining zoning and land development approvals from all levels of government; commercial leasing; resolving title risks; and real estate litigation.

    Mr. Dorland is admitted to practice in Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Dorland is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association.

    Mr. Kostolnik practices in the areas of civil litigation, including environmental cost recovery claims. Mr. Kostolnik has first-chaired numerous jury trials and has argued before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He has also assisted with the defense of actions where government agencies have sought to collect administrative and civil penalties for alleged past noncompliance with environmental statutes and regulations.

    Mr. Kostolnik is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Minnesota, and is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Association. He has been selected by his peers as a Minnesota Law & Politics Rising Star Attorney.

    Ms. Klein principally practices in the area of commercial and environmental litigation.  Ms. Klein has represented parties involved with disputes related to insurance coverage and the cleanup of contaminated property.  She has also assisted with the defense of actions where government agencies have sought to collect administrative and civil penalties for alleged past noncompliance with environmental statutes and regulations.  Prior to entering into private practice, Ms. Klein served as a judicial clerk to two judges on the Minnesota Court of Appeals and clerked for a Minnesota District Court judge.

    Ms. Klein is admitted to practice in Minnesota and the Federal District Court for the District of Minnesota and is member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Association.  Ms. Klein also serves on the Environmental Quality Committee for the City of Shoreview, Minnesota.

    At Moss & Barnett, Ms. Yerks assists with review of environmental issues that arise in real estate transactions, including review of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under the “All Appropriate Inquires” standard and tracking the status of Phase II work to assess potential soil and groundwater contamination.

    Marcia Wine has worked in the area of commercial and real estate law for over 10 years.  As a member of a corporate legal staff for a large Minneapolis company, she has extensive experience with administrative law and regulatory compliance issues.  Ms. Wine also has worked as a real property specialist for a large cellular telecommunications company, where she coordinated multiple cell site leasing transactions including environmental due diligence.
