Marcia Wine has worked in the area of commercial and real estate law for over 10 years. As a member of a corporate legal staff for a large Minneapolis company, she has extensive experience with administrative law and regulatory compliance issues. Ms. Wine also has worked as a real property specialist for a large cellular telecommunications company, where she coordinated multiple cell site leasing transactions including environmental due diligence.

At Moss & Barnett Ms. Wine assists with review of environmental issues that arise in real estate and business transactions, including review of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under the “All Appropriate Inquires” standard and Phase II work to assess potential soil and groundwater contamination.
