Carol Yerks has worked in the area of real estate law for over 8 years. As a paralegal, she has extensive experience with commercial real estate. Ms. Yerks works on complex commercial real estate transactions, coordinates and conducts closings, drafts agreements, works on environmental due diligence and title and survey review.

At Moss & Barnett, Ms. Yerks assists with review of environmental issues that arise in real estate transactions, including review of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under the “All Appropriate Inquires” standard and tracking the status of Phase II work to assess potential soil and groundwater contamination.
